Hi,
a few days ago I have bought a Navigon 2210, for a few days all OK: connected to the computer, software update, used it for a small trip etc etc
But yesterday when I turned it on I obtained only a white screen: nothing more :-(
The display just illuminates in a white light and nothing more, tried already the reset several times...
Here the pic of the screen:

If don't turn it off it stays like this forever...
any idea?
Thanks

If you took a BackUp of the software with Fresh, you could try doing a Restore. If that doesn't work and you don't get another reply shortly and have done nothing apart from what you said, TAKE IT BACK SOON! I'm sure it shouldn't do it, and it may indicate some hardware problem in the unit.
If you bought it from a site like ebay, and it's still under warranty, you could try Navigon. Or go back to the site and see if you can get help from them to resolve the problem with the seller.[/i] _________________ David

I have bought it on Pixmania in ebay, contacted them by email and in 1 hour they have arranged a pickup with express courier of the navigator and refounding of the money!!!
Great service! |
