I've given up reporting these to TT because they've never fixed one yet. Ever! |
Sort out as in "report to TeleAtlas"...
But does the odd "keep right" really cause you so much aggro? |

When Mapshare was launched I thought the idea was great but I have not seen one of my changes put into place on a new map issue and TT "Lost" all my "local" map changes during a recent support case which by the way has failed to fix my problem after over three months but that's another story. My new GO 940's Speed camera database was riddled with omissions and errors and when I reported these TT did nothing. I started reporting these to RoadAngel who manage the data for TT and they were marvellous, actioning my reports within a day or two.
The point I am trying to make is that for the ordinary guy in the street their customer service sucks, they do their best to make it difficult to contact them and I have virtually given up trying to help them improve the product. _________________ Device: GO 600, Live connected via iPhone 5.

They must have a lot of verifiers, or whatever they call them |
