Yes, I know, but I'm not quite sure why you need them anyway. For instance, why do you need reminding about tunnels, they are signposted and it's pretty obvious that you are entering a tunnel, isn't it ?

I agree with you, tunnel are announced.
But dangerous zones are not announced. That's why this is intersting.
For example, there is another software CVS2ASC Splitter that manage Dangerous zones.
To be honest, Export2Igo is more customizable. I can specify which category for each file, which is great.
Perhaps a little exception for french guys ? ;-) a new version with dangerous zones for poor french guys ? |

I have driven many kilometres in France and I seem to remember signs like "Virages Dangereuse" and many other different types of warning signs.

A big thank you for your job.
So strange when I take a skin with now 12 Speedcams and work greatly.
I see for the skin's Choupi it work only with 5 Speedcams.
When I created my skin no peoples want use, now all want use.
I have tested 24 Speedcams to see and iGO8 is ok.
But only a thing iGO8 don't convert more 5 files in TXT to SPUD.
Maybe in the new version's iGO8!!!!!
I don't know so you have tested my skin?
Bye for now Linknet. |

Hi Berylus
I have enough problems with the standard speed cameras without being warned for any more categories.
So thanks very much for the offer but I'll be staying with what I have already.
Best Regards

I have a huge SpeedCam.txt file "Latest SpeedCam update for iGO8 - 13 Mar 2009 Database"
I get this message "Out of memory; Requested: 4080; Cache:242388".
I manage to convert into .spud file, but the result is the same.
Fortunately, the package contain and the SpeedCam.spdb which I can use. |

You could try splitting the SpeedCam.txt file into a number of smaller files.
You could also try using the following setting in BOTH copies of the sys.txt file:
[debug]
cache=4096
I have no idea if either of these would make any difference but they are worth a try.
