|
|
Hi all, new user here.
My monthly subscription for my live services has just expired. I have been onto the official TomTom website to attempt to buy a new one. At the end of the purchasing screen when I try to complete the purchase it errors out.
I cannot find any contact details for TomTom other than an email form on their website (which I have filled in and they have not answered).
Is anyone else here having issues?
Does anyone know how to get to speak to someone at TomTom who may be able to help?
Is there another outlet where we can buy these services since TomTom's is not working?
Anyone know how to buy a whole year's subscription in one go?
Any other ideas that may help?
(you may be able to tell that we place a good deal of reliance on the live traffic info!)
Thanks in advance |

How has your montly subscription expired? I thought that when you signed up for Live Services it was on a continuous subscription (renews automatically) charged monthly to your credit card. I was not aware that there was any other single month or annual subscription.
The only ways I have seen to buy it are through TomTom Home and from on the device. I have not seen it on a website. _________________ Drivelux |

Tom,
I'm guessing that you have opened a new account for your x40 and/or changed your credit card details - in which case welcome to the club.
I'm in all-too-regular contact with TT support to try to get my 540 to allow me to use Live services instead of telling me I can't because I 'bought them for another device' so just be patient as I'm sure (?) their charm and helpfulness on the phone will result in a solution.
Eventually. |

I have made a few calls to them now and they agree there is a problem
