Has anyone else with a 930t had problems with RDS-TMC traffic since the last update?
I have tried plugging in the receiver when the unit was off and when it is on. Also tried resetting but no joy. No connecting essage or sidebar. All was working fine before the update.
I opened a ticket with TomTom on Monday of this week but have heard nothing so just wondering if I am the only one. |

Mine is flakey on detecting the TMC after Navcore 8.302 on a 920.
I am using the USB one though, I find I have to disconnect the TMC before powering off and then it seems to be detected fine.
Try a reset without the TMC plugged in. Then power off. Power up again and then connect the TMC again - hopefully it will now detect.

A user on a NA forum said the method you use is exactly what he uses and the TMC is always detected when he next plugs it in. _________________ David |

Tried all the above and no joy. Traffic appearing on the right still seems very random. I have done what TomTom asked and reinstalled which made no difference either.
Oh well, back to customer support! Thanks for the suggestions all. |
