I have a GO700 paired with a Sony Ericsson V600i phone up till about 4 weeks ago the hands free worked OK now I can still receive calls and callers can hear me but I can not here them The volume on the Tomtom is at max and works OK for voices etc. The TomTom when in car is docked in holder with mic fitted. As I said it was working OK but now I can not hear the callers voice Any ideas welcomed |

I had a similar problem with my 720 on a recent trip. The hands free had always worked well, but with the work around application 8.320 to combat the voice problem, my wife tried calling me on several occasions and I could not hear her, the settings were the same as before, the volume at max. I have now come to the conclusion that everything tomtom do and make is cr+p |

Have you made sure the volume is at maximum when actually on a call? You might know this already, but just in case ... the in-call volume bar is similar to the instruction volume bar, and accessed in the same way, but is a distinct entitty and only operable when in a call. |

Yes it was at max volume for the phone call as well as for the units speaker. |
