Using MS Vista and although logged on to IE and PGPSW initially, now using Firefox and, although logged in to this site, get the "Not logged in to PocketGPSWorld" message.
Any ideas please?

Worked a treat thanks. Wondered why it did not do anything except tell me updates were ready and then I opened POI Loader and it downloaded them into my POI folder. Is this what it does? But it did not update them all, only some. Is that right as well?
Can I change the protected mode setting back afterwards?

Can you explain in a bit more detail what did / didn't happen?
When you run CM try right clicking the icon in the notification tray and selecting Check Now to force a new update. Check the time stamps of your data files in the POILoader upload directory and you should see they've changed. |

Check now is greyed out for some reason. Have it set, greyed out again, for 24 hours.
What am I doing wrong? _________________ Returned to a proper Garmin although still have Co-Pilot on a Galaxy S3! |

Today I had some time and thought I would have a play with the sound for the overspeed warning . Iwent on to a text to speech site and typed in "slow down" and downloaded it as a .wav file . My 2720 cant use MP3.
Then I used audacity to tidy it up and rename it for all the different cameras.
Off I went and approached the first gatso rated at 30mph . Kept my nerve and rushed towards it at 38 got my initial "Gatso 30 mph "warning and ignored it . Then this voice growled at me "slow down" Superb !
What could be better and my foot automatically lifted at the sound. So much better than "bong"
It makes sense of using Ash's Camera manager . _________________ Asus Zenfone 2 twin sim, Garmin Zumo 550, 660 and pocketgps speed camera database

Great works on Vista using Firefox with the help above thanks.
In the Camera Manager V2.7 software under setting the option (Sort by camera type and speed limit) is un-selectable. I want to select it so I can use the speed limit voices with it. How can I get this option to work? _________________ Garmin Nuvi 3790T Firmware 4.30

That's right. It might take a day or two but you'll be emailed a new unlocked version. |
