|
|
Hi All,
Anyone else got no vodaphone connection with their x40 tomtom. I'v been in touch with Tomtom and they have no reported outages on the network. There are just no bars on the signal reception, outside or anywhere in the 50 mile radius I travelled today.
BTW tomtom 1st line support where very good about the audible software compatability issue today. They have forwarded the issue to their product team. (Audiobooks advertised as useable on the 940 on the tomtom website but it is actually not supported by audible). |

Reset the device by pressing and holding the power button until the device restarts, then see if you get a signal - Mike |

Hi, I'v had no problem with a vodaphone connection since I got the 940 on launch day last year. I'v also travelled all over the east of england with no signal today. The numbers etc are blank on the connection screen. |

Then it would suggest the GPRS modem within the device has failed, get it sent back or try to exchange it at the shop you purchased it from as faulty goods - Mike |
