Hi all this one may not be in the correct place but here goes just bought myself an ipaq 3970 from ebay and want to hook up tom tom traffic how do i get a connection on my mobile?
at the moment have no gprs connection at all
my set up is as follows
ipaq 3970 bluetooth
nokia 6310i on o2 monthly contract
tom tom + traffic
if no one here can help could you point me in the right direction

you need to make sure you can connect the ipaq to the web in its cradle if so then go to the tomtom site and create a traffic account part of this requires you to access a web page on the ipaq once thats done you should be ready to go as for the phone make sure you have gprs enabled on the phone get the setting from o2 for the ipaq and away you go unless someone here has the setting for o2 on there ipaq _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .

Me too I can only get my ipaq to update in the cradle still cant get it work with my phone never used gprs b4, my bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting although can use the phone to surf |

There's been mention elsewhere in the forums that O2 GPRS caches information when it arguably shouldn't, causing problems with TomTom Traffic.
Supposedly TomTom are going to re-release the software shortly with a fix for this problem incorporated.
