Hi,
I have a 740 live and tried to purchase a month worth of live service today being my 3 months trial end soon. I’ve tried a number of time yesterday and today to purchase the live services all to no avail.
I receive the error message which I’ve posted below. Is there no one at Tom Tom monitoring this feedback after all there loosing income.
ERROR: 774/#https://home.tomtom.com/payment/initiatePayment: Error from server: You cannot proceed with this order because you have already bought one or more items in your shopping basket. Please remove the item(s) from your shopping basket.

I would wait until it runs out before buying it - the error seems to be saying that you already are subscribed to live services (which you are for 3 months) |

I purchased mine whilst still in the trial using TT Home with the device connected and had no problems at all. _________________ Drivelux |

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
