Handnav - poor service

I bought my kit from Handnav a few weeks back. Delivery came a day late (after being promised next day service).

Now I have a faulty power cable. I've called and was told they would e-mail me a form with and address to send it back. Nothing has come.

I e-mailed them (twice) and still nothing has come.

Anyone got some tips for getting them to respond to complaints?

Here's a tip for how to get them to respond: put your complaint on here!

The form finally arrived by e-mail last night.

I'll report back here how the rest of the complaint procedure goes...

Dear Mr Kirby,

Thank you for your comments. It would be really helpful if you did mention your real name here if you are asking for help through forums.

Email was sent to you (rkirby@resinexpress.com) with attached RMA form on 27/05/04 at 13:55. On the last occasion, we simply replied your email with attached RMA form and that moment you have received it.

At two occassions, emails were sent with attached RMA form and that was before you had posted your forms.

I'm not sure how/why you sent me the RMA form on 27th May.

My complaint was not raised until 2nd June?!?!?
