Vanishing speed cameras

Hi

Since I have 'updated' to 8.15 I have lost all my safety cameras. These are the ones suppiled by TT.

Help please. Crying or Very sad

The camera files reside in the named map folder.
hopefully you have a backup of the system from before you updated.
If so you can copy the files from the old map to the new.

The three files you need for the UK are
Safety_Cam_UK_TomTom.ov2
Safety_Cam_UK_TomTom.ov2.dct
Safety_Cam_UK_TomTomOv2.ver

and the others for Europe are fairly easy to spot, using the same naming system.

But if you are subscribed to their data, you can presumably just download again, and if you aren't, won't they be out of date anyway?

Hi

Thanks Andy, BUT The only file in my map folder is the western map one.
There are no other files present.

The cameras were there before 8.15.

Any other suggestions.

Connect to home click Add Maps, Traffic, Voices etc, click Safety Cameras then down load the files you need.
