Best warning distances for various speeds

Welcome to the forum, the times ten rule works well for the fixed cameras:

30MPH = 300 yards
50MPH = 500 yards
70MPH = 700 yards

I am sure you can work out the ones in between, this gives you a warning about 25 seconds prior to the cameras position, for mobiles either use the same values or add 50%. - Mike
