membership renewal problem

Hi,

I renewed my subscription on the 9th October, my membership name is crazylegscrane, but I still cannot access the database. My paypal account shows the money going through on the 9th October, can you let me know what is happening please.

Hi John,

Normally we ask that you email us as we require information on the payment aspect that we can't ask you to post in the forums.

However I've investigated the PayPal account record and can see the payment.

The system is automated but every now and again either PayPal don't send out the automated 'payment completed' token or we don't receive it and so you end up left in limbo until you post or email us asking what's going on!

I've now activated your account and added an extra month for the delay you experienced. I've also cc'd this reply via email.

Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
