I've followed the www.tomtom.com download instructions, run install, received Traffic Username & Password...BUT where do I enter them?
Cannot find any instructions on www.tomtom.com & it seems to take DAYS before they answer any questions!

It sounds like you've successfully been through the sign up procedure, which involves entering your Navigator Product Code, logging into the TomTom site from Pocket Internet Explorer, then completing the sign-up from your PC.
Once you've done all this, you should be given a link to download a new version of Navigator 3 which includes Traffic support. The user name and password go into the Properties of that new Navigator version, which will have a new Traffic tab.
In case you've lost the link, it's http://support.tomtom.com/traffic/software/ttntraf.zip - unzip the two files, and run the .exe with your Pocket PC connected to ActiveSync in the normal way.

Thanks David,
That worked perfectly; previously I had only downloaded the .exe (Why IS that option there?) & it 'seemed' to work - by downloading the.zip it DID work!
