I stupidly borrowed my TOM TOM one to my friend. She returned it faulty, though I didn't know till about two months later as I hadn't used it since. Its just out of guarantee. The problem with it is that when I try to press the number '1' it comes up as a '7'. Does anyone please know how to sort this problem out? Thanks very much. |

You *lent* it to her, she borrowed it from you.
Have you tried pin-reset? Is it only the numbers that are affected or are all of the keys misaligned? |

Are you using a screen protector? If so, try removing the screen protector because they are notorious for causing such problems _________________ Andy

Running the corner of a piece of paper gently around between the screen and the bezel to remove any dirt often cures this problem. _________________ Anita
