I find wearing Polarised sunglasses actually makes my 720 easier to see. I suppose they do as advertised & cut reflections _________________ TT Go Essential |

Reset your unit (using paper clip)
HOLD POWER BUTTON down and keep it pressed down
Samsung ones seem quite good quality

My screen seems fine in strong sun ( when we get any ).
Did the reset and hold down power button and mine is a Samsung LCD, so that tends lean towards it is possibly the screen manufacturer |

Mine is Samsung and on the normal windscreen mount was only "just about" visible in bright sunshine.
But now I have a custom mount which moves the unit about eight inches further into the car, it's wonderful. |

My sunglasses are Polarised but all they do is make everything darker & harder to see. I've just ordered some dark smoked 5mm acrylic sheet off ebay to have a go at making some kind of visor, which should keep me busy for a while |

Yes I did see that thanks but, like Anita, I don't really want to stick velcro on my TomTom & I'm not really convinced by the looks of the GlareStomper |
