Assuming it is the correct size, is it a bitmap format (.bmp) image? You can't just rename any image to .bmp, it has to be the correct format. _________________ Darren Griffin |

As Darren says it has to be in the correct file format.
When you save the image:
File - Save As
On the Save As menu:
File name: yourfilename.bmp
Save as type: .bmp (select from the drop down menu)
Generally you need to use 256 colours or less when editing the image.
The option to change how many colours should be on the top menu:
Colours (or) Image (or) could be something else depending on the image program you are using.
Hope that makes sense to you. |

To save us second-guessing, can you say which paint/image processing program you're using? Then (if it's a common one) we'll be able to point you to the right menus etc. more easily. |
