Hi all
I'm looking at the GO 730T for my next GPS, as an upgrade from a Garmin Nuvi 610T.
Quick Q about the FM transmitter - does it also receive your preferred radio station so you can listen to the radio and have it interrupted by directions, or are you restricted to playing MP3s?
Anyone else upgraded from the Nuvi to the x30 range? |

The answer's in your question - its an FM transmitter, not receiver. If you want to receive audio instructions from your device through your car speakers, you're restricted to playing content on its hard drive. Shame, really! |

Booo
Pity, that would be a good feature.
Still very tempted by the IQ routing, the voice-to-text traffic warnings, etc. Just need to persuade the other half now.. |
