Hi
I hope this is not to much of a daft question. How do I get a Route/Walk that I have imported to MM from Country Walking to my Satmap?
If a idiots guide is available I'd be most gratefule.
I've only just recieved my A10 and want to start using it this weekend if possible.
Once again sorry if this is a daft question and one I should have know..

I've not got Memory Map myself but I read all about what I believe to be the same question here:
http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=65248
It's worth checking to see if anyone else has already posted a similar query that has been answered. This thread is presently only a few topics below yours so not hard to find! |

Then using the SatSYNC software (download free from the News page of the Satmap website) import it into your A10. The Satsync import process converts the .gpx file into Satmap's .map format. Choose to save it into either internal memory or the SD card, it makes no difference. And off you go. |

You can also simply right click the chosen overlay and select "save as" - .gpx. No need to hide everything else. |

Hi
Thanks for reply's very gratefule.
Still confused? I open up MM and I hide all except Routes - This leaves 4 routes and the way points on the Map.
Do I right click over the route I want?
Or should I see the route in Overlay dropdown? which I can't.
I'm really sorry for not getting this first time.
May be go back to the old map and compass (which I will always take as back up).
But I'd like to crack it with yoiur help.

Both work,
On map right click the over route overlay - save as
or using menus
Overlay / Properties / expand the route section / right click route / save as
Memory Map 5.1.3 |
