Like the topic describes: What Fortuna Clip-On combination are you using?
I have toughts of buying an ipaq 2210 with tomtom navigator 3 and fortuna clip-on as a gps receiver. Will it work without any problem at all?
What is the most usual problem with the clip-on and with the ipaq 2210 ?
Goodnight guys!!

I am using a iPAQ 5550, Fortuna Clip on, Tom Tom 3 and Memory Map, so far no problems, except trying to convince Tom Tom from trying to use the GPS connection all the time, stopping Memory Map from using it, but I solved that thanks to the Tom Tom forum here

As soon as you start Memory Map it can not open the Bluetooth COM port as the TomTom driver uses it even though TomTom is not actually running.
As I indicated this can be solved by uninstalling TomTom GPS driver, which does not actually stop you from using the program and it stops it from hogging the COM Port unless TomTom is actually running.
Not very pretty but it works.
