I have tried to download the railways station POI database but my system is reporting that the file is corrupted.
Also PLEASE can you title them "Railway" stations, as Train station is an incorrect term. |

| Have you downloaded the file successfully before? Have you followed the usual instructions? 57squadron wrote: | Also PLEASE can you title them "Railway" stations, as Train station is an incorrect term. | Dictionary.com seems to think that they are synonyms. And I'd be happy to argue that, if you are correct, then buses must therefore stop in roadway (or highway or (possibly even) busway?) stations. _________________ Jock

Well let me put it this way. It has been railway station since 1825, and within the railway industry it is know and referred to as Railway Station.
In legal terms, the phrase train station is not recognised.
Train station is a modern lazy phrase, probably used by those who find the single syllable easier than the double |
