Navman are currently looking for several new Technical Support technicians, so if you have thought about changing job and wouldn't mind getting into the GPS Sector, check out the following from Navman.

We are currently recruiting 2 Technical Support Technicians to work with our Pan-European helpdesk. You will be fluent in either Spanish or German (pref native speaking) but have a firm grasp of the English language. You will have an out-going personality, be very customer orientated and be able to work as part of a dynamic team. Most importantly, you will need to be able to use your own initiative and be able to work under pressure.
You will be required to support our customer base by e-mail and telephone and additional duties include testing new software and hardware, tending to customer returns, handling customer complaints and reporting information to the Technical Team Leader.
You will have a recognised IT qualification (MCSE, CNE or equivalent) and will have at least 2 years 1st line experience and 1 year 2nd/3rd line experience in a helpdesk environment. You will have experience with various Windows operating systems, preferably Windows 2000 or XP, and have had experience with iPAQ, Palm or similar PDA?s. Any experience with GPS or GIS technology is definitely an added advantage.
1 x Bi-Lingual (Dutch-English) Technical Support Technician (Ref 101)
We are currently recruiting 1 Technical Support Technician to work with our Pan-European helpdesk. You will be fluent in Dutch (read and write) but it does not need to be your native language. 1 x 1st Line Support Technician (Ref 102)
You will be the first contact for our customer base. That said, you will have a sound, courteous phone manner, be able to think on your feet and be able to work under pressure. You will be required to answer customer queries by phone and email. You will have to be able to work with a dynamic team and will be reporting to the Technical Team leader.
You will have a technical background, and experience with Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Experience with MS Word, MS Exel and MS Outlook are essential. Any experience with PDA?s, GPS or GIS is an advantage.
1 x GPS Testing Technician (Ref 103)
You will be on the cutting edge of navigation technology. You will be required to verify product integrity before it is released onto the market.
You will have at least 5 years testing experience, as well as knowledge of different testing tools and applications.
You must have a proven track record of implementing a test strategy and test processes, as well as plans and test scripts.
You need to have a sound knowledge of the product development lifecycle, and have had some project management experience.
You will need to have a technical background, and have experience with various versions of the Windows Operating system.
You will need to have excellent documentation and communication skills, as well as being self-disciplined and motivated.
You will need to be able to do drive testing across Europe, and possibly further a field, so an up-to-date driving license is a must.
Any experience with PDA?s, GPS or GIS is an advantage, as are any Testing Accreditations.
