It is telling you to Make a U turn then turn immediately Left, it is not too often you get this display but from time to time it can and does occur - Mike |

A 510 running version 7 software offers you the ability to move the status bar to the right side of the display which does produce the screen you see in the attached picture - Mike |

Ah ok. Screen looked nothing like mine that's all. Not sure what version I was running, I was under the impression it was the latest one but obviously not. I think the arrows would all be in line if it was the normal screen would it not? |

If the Status bar was in its normal position at the bottom of the screen the arrows would be ordered from left to right, when you move the bar to the vertical mode (as per the picture) the arrows have to go top to bottom in terms of ofder they should be read (otherwise you would lose too much map display).
To find out what version you have on the device tap the sat strength meter (bottom right corner), if its v7,x then you can move the Status bar by going to Change Preferences/ Status bar preferences and the final option presented is how to display the status bar, Horizontal or Vertical - Mike |
