Assuming you are using the PPC version of the software you should follow the guide on This Page - Mike |

In which case the speed camera Database from this site will not work with your device, the Route 66 on Nokia phones requires the POI files in a specific format that is not supported by this site, your only option is to purchase the speed camera files for your device from Route 66 but they don't appear to be very comprehensive from what I have seen - Mike |

Mike's correct - not very comprehensive (but extremely cheap), about 30% of what you get from the PGPSW database. Still, better than nothing.
If the N73 is a Symbian phone, then take a look at Sygic Mobile, which has come on a lot in a short period, and is reputed to be able to load 3rd party POI's like the database from this site. I'm aiming to try it out on the N95 in the near future as it can use the phone's satellite receiver - unlike T**-T!? Na*%^!!)?
Cheers
