You can change your Password on your Profile Page.
Not sure about the Nickname, but an email to subscriptions(AT)pocketgpsworld.com, with all your details, will be able to tell you one way or the other.

The option to change username is not available. We can change it for you if your replacement choice is available, send an email as suggested above.
