Hi,
Could anyone let me know what the settings are for TMC. I have a x970T and it offered a divert for an accident however I was to close to it on the motorway so it could not divert.
When I get alerted to congestion it never seems to offer me a 'divert' option?
Is there a reason for this?
Many Thanks

No idea, have never been able to get the magical divert option to appear. Even when trying routes at home in demo making sure it tries to route via a closed road or something. |

Check your traffic info 'Re-Routing' settings are ok - 9.2.3.1, page 44 in the main user manual.
If they seem ok, then have a look through Deepfour's (Stu of ViaMichelin) posts where you should find the thread that discusses traffic info re-routing - I seem to remember that there is a limiting speed UNDER which re-routing is offered, but OVER which, it isn't. _________________ David

Thanks. My retoute is on manual. There is very limited discussion on this in the manual. I think it may be if the ave speed falls below 5mph it reroutes you.
It also says somthing about the triangles changing coulour dependant on the delay but not sure where this is desplayed. The triangle I always see is red and when you click on the traingle (Showing either congestion or accident) it tells you more about it.
Any ideas where these coloured triangles are supposed to appear?
Thanks
