|

HI All
Sorry I am new on here so you will have to forgive me if this has been asked before.
I have now brought a TomTom Go 720 to replace my old PDA.
I travel to France quite a bit and before relied on my PDA with Hotel-BB poi's. I have downloaded them down from www.hotel-bb.com and have unzipped them them to my memory card. I have added new catoturgy and as far as I know everything else to make them work, but when I go to POI's the icon is there but it says No POI's can be found.
The unzipped files are: .ASC, .OV2, .KML, .GPX and .ITN & BMP.
I have even tried copying them to the internal memory but still dont show up.
Can anybody please help me out
Many Thanks

Hello and to the forum.
You need to copy the .ov2 and .bmp files into the map folder on your tomtom. You dont need any of the other files in the zip.
Have you made a backup of your tomtom yet? If not then please make one, preferably using Windows Explorer, before going any further. |

Alan, A page you might want to make note of is This One, the FAQ page where you will find links covering various topics related to your device, the back up is top of the list, if nothing else please read that - Mike |
