The new cradle is necessary to accommodate the HD traffic option which connects via the Mini-USB slot on the GO.
It will be interesting as this will mean the internal charge circuitry on the cradle will have to be dispensed with and a Mini-USB connector supplied on the base of the cradle or on a fly lead.
The cradle's dimensions are 13cm in width by 12cm in height. Depth front to back is 8cm with the swivel mount or 5cm for the cradle alone. HTH _________________ Darren Griffin |
