help needed for a medion pocket gps and poihandler software

can anyone help i am haveing problems.
I have download poi and i need to know how do you convert the ones from theTomTom overlay-download site which i need the link for ? I have sent payment for the POI-Warner (software) I don't seem to be have much luck with it .I have added the poi and it don't seem to cover cover where I live and I am not getting the results that are showing on your webpage is there something I need to make any adjustments to so I can get better use of the software I have followed all the information on how to install the poi and I have registed with www.poihandler.com
I have noticed there is speed camera software on this site but it gets more confusing I need to know how to get the best out of this program. please can you help ME I am in a bit of a muddle with it .

ps I have got to the part of installing the poi and I have registed with both i have got some poi showing on my gps but I have come to a complete stop when i launch the POI-WARNER MN-EDITION i can log in and do all the things like up loading but there are not many poi for my place why is this .and the data base for the speed cameras are not showing for my place and surrounding areas.
