no download of speed camera database

Dear all,

I have renewed my subscription to www.pocketgpsworld.com, checked my membership area, gone to the download section but do not seem able to download any updates to the database. I am doing all the same things that I did before but no file appears to download to my computer. Any ideas why the downloading is appearing to be failing?

At which point were you having a problem?

Can you see anything on the Page? The Drop Down Selection Box?

I ask all these questions because I can access it with no problem, but we need more info to work out what the problem actually is.
