I have now managed to get the time to upload these files to my site , I have 100's of request for these files so this should make it easier all round. I will keep adding to the files when I get the time to do so.

Flack, Thanks For both sending me the files & posting the link to download them. I particularly wanted the speed camera warnings and they aren't on the link but they were on the email. Thanks again
