If you use the "Search" feature at the top of the page, put "rubber" in the box and restrict the search to just the TomTom part of the forum...
You'll get quite a few posts about missing rubber feet/bungs, including THIS ONE that gives an useless answer from TomTom, and also a list of links for previous mentions of it where TomTom have been more helpful.... |

Hi Andy_P2002
Thanks for the response.
I am pleased to say that I contacted TomTom support and they have said that a new rubber foot is now in the Post to me.
They must now have them in stock.
Also as I have a Seat Altea car I have succesfully retro fitted the custom mounting kit thus doing away with the windscreen mount.
Regards

The SEAT Mounting Kit, as far as I know, is only for the Altea / New Toledo models and can be purchased from your local SEAT dealer.
It used to be available as a factory fit on new cars but as far as I am aware now the wiring is present on all new cars.
In my case I had to connect it up myself |

Must say that I am impressed with TomTom support as three small rubber feet arrived in the posy on Saturday.
I do agree that there was no difference in the working of the unit but I find that three feet are better than two when the unit is on a flat surface. |

Thanks Jonial. Don't have a Seat so I guess that's that! Thought maybe I'd missed a commercially available mounting.
Any chance I could relieve you of one of your (rubber!) feet? I've mailed Tom Tom this morning & will replace yours when (if) I get one. |
