I am in Korea now and I have this portable media player called, i-station M43 running windowsce.net 5.0 core... It's like a PDA with better multimedia capability.

My question is, if i bring this to the U.S., would i be able to use this as navigator system? I am thinking get a usb receiver and a software for this OS then, i should be good to go, no?

I guess, i don't know what i am talking about....

Please help me out whether or not this can be done.

Thanks.

A PMP? NO.
While you can find software for CE5.0 you cannot connect a GPS to it because inevitably there is no serial port in the PMP.

NO.
There is absolutely no USB GPS that can be used with ANY PDA.
Some may argue that there are, only because the few USB GPS that can be connected to PDA also have serial ports which a PDA can only use.

And in your case, you cannot conect any GPS whatsoever.
