Thanks for that Mike. Since I updated to V7 software and maps I have not been able to use the postcode facility. Contacted TT support they told me to try updating through TT Home, No joy. If that did not work to reinstall my map through TT Home and that WILL work, It doesnt. So I am trying to contact them direct for further advice but the office appears to be closed. |

If you are using an internet phone such as FreeCall (where landline calls are free) you can get to the same team by dialling Amsterdam 0031 208 501004

Brian, Can you have a look in the "zip" folder on the device (use Windows Explorer), are there any files in that folder if so what are they called and file size please - Mike |

Sorted it out. Somehow whilst downloading the updates the zip folder was deleted, not the first time according to Tomtom, TT support sent me a link to the zip file which I downloaded and installed. Everything OK. |
