I wish to withdraw all my previous comments about DABS as i have just realised my dabs is not the bigger company minds a flyby night one i only realised when someone said BT had bought them and I thought why would BT buy a corner shop ...sorry |

I did wonder when you said about them being on eBay or being an e-shop somewhere?
In future it might be better if you just add a retraction at the end of the thread or in each of your comments because the thread now has massive gaps.

Bought an iPAQ from them.
Within a week it had crashed numerous times, and would not factory reset!
When I did eventually get it to rest it had deleted alot of programs!!!
The tip had also broke off the end pen, I didn't realise and scratched the screen.
All-in-all not good.
I made no calls, or emails, to dabs.
I just filled in their online returns form and returned the iPAQ to dabs via Royal Mail.
2 days later I got a full refund.
So, I've no problems with them. |

Took them twice to the County Court - they didn't bother turning up, each time claiming that as their records had been "lost" they could not enter a proper defence! |

I was awarded damages, costs and interest - but I had to warn them that I was sending the bailiffs in before I got paid |
