Hi all
I wonder if anyone can help.
Periodically, my TT510 won't switch off, it shows the shutdown screen then reboots automatically. Its the same on and off the dock. If I reset it, the problem still happens.
Usually if I connect to the PC and do some updates that seems to sort it out, but only for a few weeks.
Can anyone offer any suggestions?
Cheers

This happened with my TomTom One v2 a while ago. I tried all the different reset methods, but to no avail. The only thing which fixed it (for a while) was to format my SD card and write everything back onto the card from the backup stored on my PC.
I was using a cheap 2GB SD card I had bought from My Memory. I wondered if that was the problem, so I bought a slightly more expensive card (Sandisk Extreme III) and it has worked perfectly ever since.
I think the My Memory card is a bit iffy, because my wife used one in her digital camera, and one or two of her pictures were missing or had the bottom of the frame chopped off.

Hi all
I decided to call TomTom, and was advised to "reset to factory settings", this removes only the history and favourites.
It seemed unlikely that this would work, but blow me, it appears to have done so...
Will let you know if it was a fluke, but in the meantime, if anyone else has this problem it may be worth a try!
Cheers
