Welcome to the forum, I have moved the post to a more suitable place - is the part number you quote on the base of the device or is it from the car charger lead? - Mike |

Shameless plug for a topic I started last week on another forum:
Model Numbers For Hardware
We are only just beginning to collect all the info, but I can confirm the number you've given is the part number of the cigar lighter adapter sold with the Go 300 as I've got one in front of me. It was probably sold with other models before they swapped to using USB sockets for powering.
Are you sure it was ".003" not ".300"?
If it is ".300", that was the number of a GO300.
The unit is good, if a bit bulky by latest standards, and the maps will be a bit out of date by now - but still OK for most uses.
It should have a range of voices ("Jane", "Tim" etc.) already installed.
Whether it is a "classic" GO or a GO300, there is a manual for it on the TomTom website HERE |
