need help with my mio c320

i bought my mio in italy with estern europ maps

i wolud like to know how can i transfer maps and voices of israel to my mio

i try to transfer but got the messages hardwareiderorre and some maps are locked

pls tell me what im doing wrong

You would be best contacting the makers of your GPS software (maybe MIO themselves?) for that mate - sounds as if it is either a data or a licensing error to me.
