I purchased a usb cable and the connection cd but my laptop still wont recognise the f20 when i plug it in. I followed all the instructions, connected the f20 when it says I should, turned it on when it said I should and it still wont work!! Every time I connect it, windows tries to find software to install it, and doesn't find anything on the cd or the interweb! Has anyone else had this problem, if so, WHAT DO I DO!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH. |

Could you provide step by step instruction of what you did?
The more details the better -- I had no problems connecting with F20 so there must be something in the details. |
