Medion gopal pna205 install camera software

Hi all first i would just like to say hello to everyone as this is my first post.
Here goes i have just purchased my first sat nav which is a Medion GoPal pna205 it came with 4 cds one has speedcamera on it,which is what i want to install on my satnav .I have setup the Activesync link between pc and sat-nav so my pc can now see my sat nav which created a shared folder i then went in to 'my computer' accessed my cd and there is a folder simply called '7' on it and in this folder there is 10 zip files and a notepad so i simply copied this folder to my shared folder and Activesync synchronized.But i still dont have speed camera detection when i use my sat nav.Have i missed something if anyone can shed any light on this for me i would be greatful.

Hi i think i have just made matters even worse,i am now desperate.I have formated my flash disk without backing it up.Not very clever i know i think if i could get it working again i would leave it alone.When i turn it on it says please insert the memory card.I only have the internal mem that it came with which i believe is 256mb.I am searching these forums for the answer but there are soooo many,i will keep searching for the answer anyway.
