|
|
Having submitted several updates via the TeleAtlas web site (http://mapfeedback.teleatlas.com/index.htm), I was curious about what happens next and what other people may think.
1) Did you give an e-mail address when submitting your update?
2) Has there been any kind of follow up from TeleAtlas?
3) Has there been any indication of your submission being included in subsequent map releases?
4) Have you been left feeling that your submission has been forgotten about?
...and perhaps finally:
5) Do you think that TomTom's acquisition of TeleAtlas will have much impact? _________________ Andy

I was wondering if they actually kept a record of submission and e-mail address because that must be an administrative nightmare _________________ Andy

If PGPSW can keep records of all updates/changes with respect to Cameras and POIs, I would have thought that a company the size of TeleAtlas would have no problem. _________________ Richard
