Any card that is at least x50 speed. I used a ByteStor x80 successfully.
It doesn't need to be Ultra Fast, and every card I've ever bought is pre-formatted. _________________ Richard

Quote: | so then this would be ok Kingston 1GB 50X ELITE PRO SD Card | You may as well go for the Kingston Ultimate, it's faster and not much more expensive. I use the 2GB Ultimate for my Pocket PC and 1GB Ultimate for photography. Never any problems. |

You're right, I just Googled and can't find a 1GB Ultimate. Maybe they've stopped production in favour of the 2GB. |

Thats the minimum recommended speed.
Anyway aren't Kingston just rebadged oem rejects?
So it may not even be the speed it supposed to be.
Theres a long thread here about what works and doesn't

No. You can test the read speed of your orig TT card on your PC.
Above a certain speed the TT will not run any faster as there will be other limitations, but why buy a card that just meets the minimum spec when they are so cheap now?
My mate got a 2GB "hi-speed" SD from Aldi for <£10 and it works fine in his 510 |

I tried a Kingston ultimate SD card for my Go300 when the version 6 software came out.
It worked for the version 5 software but was not fast enough for version 6 and just hung on boot up.
Had to get a ByteStor card |

i recently bought one of these 133x corsair ones:

its worked faultlessly so far. ok, only 512k but plenty for what i need. you may be able to get a larger size.
cheers. _________________ TOMTOM GO 300 |
