Just disconnected my TT GO 700 from Tom Tom home and I have this red circle with a white cross flashing. Have tried resetting it. Connecting back to TT Home but whenI disconnect everything the darn red circle comes back. Any ideas, pleeeeeeese.

First of all make sure the device is fully charged up, a low battery can cause this to happen when there is insufficiant power to spin up the hard drive. Assuming the battery is fully charged plug it in to the PC and see if Windows Explorer can see the drive and the folders contained within.

I hope you have a back-up of the device though if the above fails - Mike

I have checked on windows explorer and the TT GO 700 drive. Everything appears to be there. .i.e. canary islands, western europe, speed cams and other poi`s.

Charge it up for a couple of hours then try it again, if it still won't boot format the drive and install your back up to the device - Mike
