Maybe a pink one might be more visible?
You could always say the picture was taken in very bright light?
Thank you Dom for the word about changing the hue - another magic I like (even though it was harder work than it sounds). _________________ Dennis

Thank you Darren - really clever of you to go round and take a picture of his motor (hope he doesn't mind showing his registration to everybody).

Will you be uploading these to the forum, or how long shall I leave it on my photohosting thingy? Notice I'm getting quicker at it? _________________ Dennis

okay, this is annoying now.
how do i display a .jpg image with a link to a .bmp file?
i'm understanding that the images must be on an ftp site.
i can only get it to display the image using the img tags, then have separate url tags.
i'm sure it's not that hard, or is it?
thanks for your time and wisdom in advance,
regards,
GaRy:)

Code: | <a href="http://www.webaddress.com/path/bitmapfilename.bmp"><img src="http://www.webaddress.com/path/jpegfilename.jpg"></a> |
Use the above as an example (all except the code and [b]/code parts!) . The first link points to the actual bitmap file, the second is the file that is displayed in the post which must be a jpeg or gif. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Being a little slow on the uptake I downloaded some a couple of the jpg files onto the 720 as well as the bmps. They both appear on screen.
Does someone want to create a gif to try, then we can start looking at animated gifs

A very crude .gif to try, if you may.

If you can call my job a softy superpants reason, however I have vowed to partispate in the next gps swaray, just short of it being held a little to far from home. I might not be allowed to go out and play for that long. _________________ Dom

It would appear my upload program didn't work there, must be his day off!
I sent Darren my gif so he may upload it soon to try, but seeing that it probably won't work that seems like a waste now. Interesting it will load and display non animated .gifs??? Maybe there is something in that!
How about a nice big fat arrow :D

Nice one - I see you've got the elevation right for above and behind, better than simply rear end view - ladder or bedroom window?. Is it light enough to see against the "road"? I'm currently using the TT pale green car (very nice), because I haven't looked at how to put my custom ones on - too busy still! _________________ Dennis

Actually, honda had a nice movable 360-view of all their cars.
Just got the right angle, took a screenshot, and then modified in photoshop as needed. |
