My Old Go original has OV2 and BMP files in use.

My New 720 has OV2, DCT and VER files.

With that in mind what option should be used from the download section ?

i.e. Single file, Consolidated by type Or Zoned.

I've always used consolidated before, but there are No DCT or VER files in that download.

Apologies tendered if this has already been covered.

Have you tried the TTgo file to see if they work.

As since this site been testing the 720 already, if they needed a change they would of updated already

Those files you mention are for TomTom's own camera database. They can be enabled or disabled under TomTom PLUS services.

Thanks Tim
So are you saying that I simply copy and drop the BMP and OV2 files into the Map directory, just the same as the original TTGo. Then set up the multiple 'warn when near' warnings as before. The original Go also required the use of the 'silent voice' set so the proximity warnings would still sound.
Looks like I'm gonna have some fun for a while till it's sorted.

Why? I had no problem that required the 'silent voice'. Confused

Or you could use the HOME version, you will still need to configure the proximity and sound for each file but this is a once only process.

TT Cameras bad. Pgpsw cameras good. And you're on the pgpsw website forums. Wash your mouth out with 'orrible yellow soap.

I loaded Pgpsw cams. Very much happier now. Much more flexible and controllable. It's getting late. Yawn, need sleep. I'll test tomorrow to see how to stop voice but keep cam warnings, i.e. I like to be reminded of cams even if I know where I'm going, but not the ones that are round corners I won't be going round (did I really say that ?). Need sleep.
