Putting TTN5 on to a Navman iCN510

When trying to install TT Navigator on my 510 I get the message;
" Cannot copy TT Navigator, there is not enough disc space, delete one or more files"

In system properties there is 6016kb of memory of which 5992 is in use.

Obviously not enough room to install TT Navigator!

Anyone come across this? or even better anyone got a solution?

I'm assuming that you have unlocked the 510 to allow access to
WinCE, in the control panel select the memory and move the slider to
the right this will give more memory to instal, once done move the slider
back to the left to give more operating memory.

Hi. I have unlocked the unit and have done exactly as you have kindly suggested. During the installation when the slider has been moved to the right, the message below appears with just 10 seconds to completion!!;

" Cannot copy TT Navigator, there is not enough disc space, delete one or more files"

Frustrating to say the least!!

Any other suggestions.

It could be the version of TomTom you are trying to install, the best place for advice would be http://navmanunlocked.forumwise.com/ you should be able to sort it out there.

Hope this helps I have had TomTom working on my 520 and a lot of the members of the above forum have it working on the 510.

I have now joined and tomorrow will continue my quest to find the meaning of the universe or where my Navman memory has gone!
