Camera Manager v2.0.0.7 is now available 8)
As before, it is advisable to delete "PocketGPSWorld Speed Camera Database.zip" from your POI directory, to force a download of the camera database ;) |

Many thanks for that Ash, it seems to have done the trick. And since I haven't said it before, thanks for a cracking utility.

Welcome
Have you logged into the PGPSW database on the system you are trying to use? You are aware that it is a subscription based service? Click the big yellow camera (edited: button colour is now blue) for more details. _________________ Phil |

Yep I'm a member, have used camera manager before and have contributed to Ash10 so I get the latest camera manager software. _________________ Frank |

Further to my previous posts, after a suggestion by ASH10, I went into IE7 and reset all of the IE7 settings to default and hey presto! CM burst into life!
Thanks Ash and keep up the good work and I especially look forward to the sound file release! |

Me too Please excuse my ignorance, but is there some sort of 'step by step' tutorial? I have loaded the Garmin POI programme onto my PC, but the camera manager didn't allow me to input where the camera database was! Again, pardon my ignorance. Any advice is wlecome. |

I loaded up IE7 reset everything and then logged in to pocketgpsworld and did check now in CM. It worked, unfortubnatly I don't use IE and it still does not work with Opera. _________________ Frank |

Ash,
Getting new error with CM
"The URL does not use a recognised protocol"
Killed the process, deleted the zip file, restarted CM but still get the error, also noticed that the database zip file is created but empty at 0kb. |

Ash,
Camera manager is now working a treat.. Just one little confusion on my part, I take it that the speed sound files are placed in the poi folder on the PC and not placed in the poi folder on the Garmin...then run the Camera manager which then converts ready for loader to move all files to the Garmin...?
All the best

Hi
have been away for a few weeks and have become confused about the MP3 files to download with the GPX files .
I had downloaded Ash's list of MP3 files but am not sure if I need to change the names for the latest release.
I have selected for the speed icons instead of camera icons

ASH.
Just one question. Does this work with speed zoned files or just the type files. Some one mentioned earlier in the thread but can`t find what the answer was.
Thank You. |
