Hi, I don't seem to be able to download anymore - doesn't feel like a year since I subscribed and have certainly not had any emails about resubscribing. Any idea what's wrong?

How time flies, your subscription expired back in May I'm afraid, Emails go out automatically on the day your subscription expires, if you didn't receive one perhaps it was caught in a SPAM or Junk Filter?

Thanks Darren, you're probably right about the filter. I'll stick a note in my diary next time to overcome that one. Maybe it would help in similar cases if expired people were told they had expired when trying to download rather than the message reading as if they never were subscribed - is that possible? |

mmwain,
Another reminder is when you post a message - on the left of all messages underneath the person's name is the date they joined and will generally be the date when their subscription will expire.
Or another way is to go into the members area section - in the left hand side menu - and have a look at your details. _________________ RQ
