CAN ANYONE HELP I HAVE A GARMIN STREET PILOT I3 I HAVE PUT SOME POI ON IT THEN THE UNIT FREEZES I HAVE TRIED RESETTING IT. THE MESSAGE COMES UP DO YOU WANT TO ERASE DATA I PRESSED YES THEN IT ASKS YOU WANT LANGUAGE YOU WANT THEN IT FREEZES AGAIN DO ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE PROMBLEM IS THANKS : |

1) Please stop SHOUTING
2) You have posted a question about a Garmin i3 in a TomTom forum - I have moved it.
3) You may have loaded too many POIs - how many categories did you load?
There is a warning on the PGPSW POI page that states

If you have a card reader make a backup of your Micro-SD card to PC before downloading these POIs. If you have a newer model with no transflash card then you should use POIs on a separate TransFlash card to avoid any possible corruption of the internal memory. |

if you have the original i3 with memory card then you can use a card reader to remove the poi file (Garmin\poi.gpi)
if not then maybe best to contact garmin
